Courtney was born and raised in Vermont before relocating to Florida in 2021. As the Marketing Director at Gale Legal Group, she leads the firm’s marketing, outreach, and client communications while staying closely connected to the Vermont community. She enjoys showcasing the people behind the work and creating an experience that feels personal, welcoming, and seamless for clients and referral partners.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, traveling, and making the most of life in both Florida and Vermont. She and her fiancé are excited to welcome their first child, a daughter, and begin this new chapter together.
