Attorney
Sarah has been practicing law in northern Vermont for the past twenty years, concentrating in residential real estate. She has represented clients from the middle of Burlington to the gores of the Northeast Kingdom and enjoys the challenges Vermont properties can present.
Experience
She relishes a complicated title search and then explaining the eccentricities of a property’s history to her clients. Sarah is a skilled negotiator, adept at bringing people together, and conflicts to a resolution, at the closing table.

- Vermont Title Standards Committee, a subcommittee of the Vermont Bar Association’s Real Property Committee
- Board member of The Schoolhouse Learning Center in South Burlington

Education
Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, with a concentration in legal philosophy and legal ethics.
Personal Life
Her professional activities leave her with very little free time, but those rare moments are filled with two small children, two big dogs, and gardens she can’t keep up with. Sarah is also a huge fan of the World Champion Boston Red Sox, Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots, the Boston Bruins, the Boston Celtics, Fairfax/Westford Little League, and all local sports in between.
