Courtney was born and raised in Vermont and lived there until she was 25 before making the move to Florida, where she is now based. As the Marketing Director at Gale Legal Group, she supports the team through marketing, outreach, and client communication while staying closely connected to the Vermont community. She loves highlighting the people behind the work and helping create an experience that feels personal, welcoming, and seamless for clients and affiliates alike.

Outside of work, Courtney is passionate about health, wellness, and living a strong lifestyle. When she’s not strength training at the gym, you can usually find her at yoga, out on a walk with her dog Naala (her best friend), or in the kitchen cooking something delicious. She loves being outdoors, whether that’s biking, walking, and spending time at the beach in Florida, or hiking in the mountains when she’s back in Vermont. She visits Vermont often for both work and family, and it will always feel like home to her.
