After initially practicing law in the litigation arena, I decided to focus on those areas of the law that tend to affect a greater portion of Vermont on an everyday level by representing clients with the home purchase or sale, drafting their wills and estate planning needs and forming personal companies and corporations. I find great joy in providing clarity and reasoned advice to clients in navigating these areas of the law and collaboratively finding solutions and outcomes that are beneficial.
I started work in Vermont as an Associate in the Burlington law firm of Roesler, Whittlesey, Meekins and Amidon; as claims counsel and state counsel for First American Title Insurance Company in Burlington; as the manager and counsel of the South Burlington office of American Land Title Company and as the partner of the Law Offices of Jason R. Tiballi, P.C. I recently served as counsel in the Essex office of Wick & Maddocks prior to joining Gale & McAllister. My practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate law, business formation, trusts and estate planning and estate administration.
I graduated from Bates College in 1993 with a B.S in U.S. History and a minor in French, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law in 1996.
I previously taught business law at Champlain College and currently serve as the Co-Chair of the Board at HOPE Works and also serve on the Board of REDDUCS Foundation, a private grant giving organization.
I am married with four children and live in Williston. When not working, most of my remaining free time is devoted to outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and skiing. I also enjoy travelling and exploring other cultures and countries.
